Celeste was a dear friend for many years thru the Constant Comment Book Club. I treasure all the wonderful times we had–and shared a New England heritage. My thoughts are with all of you.
Connie,
I am so sorry for your loss. It was wonderful that Dad and I got to see your Mom before she passed. We both have so many fond memories of your mom and dad over the years. We both will miss her greatly.

Eve,
I don’t know if you know, but Dad is in the nursing home as well. Please send me your contact information including your email address. It’s a long story. I wasn’t overly surprised at Celeste’s passing. She ended up in the same wing of the nursing home where Dad is. She really had diminished tremendously. I hope all is well with you.
