Was so very sorry to hear about Tina. Truly was one of the nicest people I have had the opportunity of knowing. Richard, Cindy and family you are in my prayers. Rest in peace Tina. Carrie and family
Wow, I haven’t checked my emails in a few day now. I just opened it up and am in a big state of shock and sorrow. I have nothing but the best of memories of my Aunt. My sympathies go out to Richard. I’m not exactly sure what age I was, but I was young. I couldn’t pronounce Carol, some how I could pronounce Tina’ and my mother told me that is how her nickname started. She was the best of people.
What a real sweet heart, my go-to-gal, who could perform any task or solve any problem with speed, deft and grace under fire
for anyone in our company back in the day’¦.You know, that type of individual that makes everyone look good and a success lucky enough to come in contact with her.
I think I got credit for ‘bringing these sweet souls together’, can’t remember back that far anymore,
but Tina and Rich attended our wedding and gave us, among other gifts, a close-up framed photograph of colored Jelly Beans, my favorite treat some 39 years ago,
which seemed to illustrate just how these people thought deeply about friends and people, with considerations that are so hard to find in anyone today, even from immediate family.
That’s if one can stop Texting or thinking about ‘self’ for a moment or two.
She, lucky to have Rich, and we know Dick lucked-out big time,
bless them both’¦..For those who care nothing will ever be the same!
Love,
Carol and Gary, friends.
