Greece: November 22, 2011, peacefully surrounded by his family at age 95. Carmine was a devoted father and grandfather. He is predeceased by his wife, Adeline Lionelli. Carmine is survived by his daughter, Lorraine (James) De Siena; son, Gary (Mary) Lionelli; granddaughters, Marissa McDaniels, Alyssa De Siena, Alaina De Siena & Sara Lionelli; grandsons, James De Siena & Michael De Siena; sister, Anna Blank; brother, Blaise Lionelli; many nieces and nephews; dear friends. Carmine was a United States Naval Chief Petty Officer and served in World War II. He is a proud and long-time retiree of Eastman Kodak Company. Carmine’s love and dedication to his family was unmatched. His family would like to express a thank you to the staff at Unity Hospital, especially the compassionate nurses who care for him. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated, Saturday, November 26th, 10 A.M. at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 3000 Dewey Avenue. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery will follow Mass. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the AMDF (macular.org) or AFB (afb.org) in his memory.
