Hilton: Suddenly, Sunday, November 9, 2008 at age 73. Predeceased by his father, Henry J. Hofferbert. He is survived by his sons, Steven and David of Atlanta, GA; his mother, Mabel Hofferbert; his sister, Gail Hofferbert; his brother, Brian(Elizabeth)Hofferbert; his nephew, William Hofferbert; his niece, Sara Hofferbert; dear friends, Edna Johnson and Susan Grigsby and Skippy. Friends are invited to his Celebration of Life Service, Thursday at 1:00PM in the Chapel of Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Rd. Interment in White Haven Memorial Park will be held at the convenience of the family.
Bruce pitched for our Sunday morning slow Pitch team, The Lexington Inn. We went undeafted from 1964 till 1969. We had great times and great memories.
I am saddened by the passing of Bruce. He was a real gentleman who would help anyone he could and an even greater asset to the Red Cross. He was a great customer @ George & Bob’s Service and a great friend. He will be missed here. May God bless him!!!
