Dear Brenda, A part of me has died with you. You will always be my best childhood friend, and I will forever cherish the wonderful memories growing up together, as always, inseparable. Until we meet again on that glorious swingset in the sky…. Love, Your Best Buddy Amy

I had just heard from some high school Facebook friends about Brenda’s passing . I went to elementary school and high school together with her. Although we were not very close I remember her even as a young girl and her smile and vibrance was always contagious. I hope the family will find peace in her authenticness and beauty.

I just found out today that you have gone Home…with your dad and your mom, too. Fate brought us together as college roommates and those years we had so much fun…and learned so many lessons. You were the best friend a girl could have…loyal, loving and kind. You were a gentle soul and one that this world will miss. I know I do. I’ll bring you some flowers soon and I know, you know, we’re inseperable now 🙂

Madre, it has been more than three years now and it still feels like it was yesterday. You are now with dad… And I know that you are both wat hint down on me. Mother you were the kindest person and cared so much to be a good mother. Just so you know mom I wouldn’t change you being my mother for anything and anyone. You raised all us kids by your self and you rocked as a English teacher for sure!!!! Mother you were my best friend and my only parent….and I have one of the biggest and understandable hearts because of how generous and caring you we’re. Mother there is not a day that goes by that I don’t think about you or babcia. Please always remember that you will always be remembered and loved. You are forever missed. I Love you mother I will one day be able to say that because of your inspiration I am who I am today and mean it in a good way. Love you madre….. Love forever your baby girl
