She is predeceased by her husband, John I. in 1956; her son, Kenneth in 2002; daughter-in-law, Muriel in 2007; brothers, Edmond, William & Alfonso Bolenda and sister, Helen Dziedzic. She is survived by her son, Roger Cuba of FL; daughter-in-law, Carolee Cuba of Rochester; sister, Luella Dziedzic of Warsaw; sisters-in-law, Alice and Mary Bolenda of Batavia; grandchildren, John(Melodie Kolmetz)Cuba of Rochester, James Cuba of SC, Karen(John)DuBravec of FL and Keith Cuba of FL; 4 great grandchildren, also by many nieces and nephews.
