Bath, NY: died peacefully on August 14, 2015 at the age of 92. Predeceased by her husband Paul E. Manley, son Richard M. Gross and granddaughters, Shana Gross and Jessica Briggs. Survived by son, Glenn (Janet) Gross, daughter-in-law Rosemary Gross, daughters, Carol (James) Sporck and Ann Zona, Keith(Tricia) Manley, Sharon (Alex) DiMuro, Mary (Thomas) Gruber, Kathi (Joseph) Swaja; brother Herbert Guck; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Bernice was a lifetime member of Keith Miller Auxiliary 6595 and past President of Monroe County VFW Council. Friends may call Tuesday (Aug 18th) 9-11 AM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, where her Funeral Service will follow calling Tuesday 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Her posted picture is the way I see Bernice in my thoughts. Our prayers are with all family members this day. We join you in spirit and celebrate that she has joined my father, Paul, and family members that have predeceased her. Another chapter closed as we continue on life’s journey.
