Anthony J. Circhirillo

Anthony Circhirillo Jr “Sonny” “Paparoni” Spencerport, NY:  9/24/1937-2/25/2023.  Tony was born in St Johnsville, NY where he eventually went on to serve in the US Army Military Police. After his honorable discharge, he flipped a coin between Rochester and Los Angeles. The coin flip brought him to Rochester, NY and Eastman Kodak where he was employed for 35 years until he retired. Tony helped in the start up of the Greece Cardinals’ Youth Football Team and served as VP of the Vince Lombardi league. Tony was a devout Catholic who loved Nascar and college basketball. Tony saw the good in people; he always had a smile on his face, a joke to tell, and made friends wherever he went, but most of all he adored his family. Predeceased by parents Anthony & Sophia Circhirillo, sister Marlene (Frit) Maida & nephew Ricky. Survived by his beloved son Anthony “TJ” (Connie), his granddaughters whom he cherished, LaReina & Raquel, and niece Gina Camardello. Friends may call Wednesday (March 1^st) 4-7 PM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson, 1075 Long Pond Road.  His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday (March 2^nd) 10:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, Greece.  Interment private.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Golisano Children’s Hospital in his memory.
