Greece: August 17, 1917 – June 9, 2009. Survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Raymond Foster; son, David (Joni) Foster; daughters, Jeanne (John) Goodwin, Diane (Robert) Rice; sister, Marjorie I. Bough; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; many dear friends. Alice loved being with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Alice was loved by everyone who met her and touched people’s lives in beautiful ways. Friends may call Friday 4-6 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. Her Funeral Service will be held Saturday 9:30 AM in the Chapel of the funeral home. Interment, Private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in her memory.

    Dear Ray – we just learned of Alice’s passing; please accept our deepest condolences. We are very appreicative of having known Alice. She was a lovely, sweet, kind and beautiful lady. We will pray for you and your family during this sad time but we will smile when thinking of Alice’s sweet smile and kind ways.     Mr. Foster and family. I was so sad to hear of Alice’s passing. She was a wonderful woman and a great neighbor. Seeing her smile and wave as we walked pass her house will be greatly missed. Please know that all of you are in our thoughts and prayers. The Fitzgerald Family .
