Survived by his wife of 54 years, Doris Duffy; children, Thomas (Marcia) Duffy, Laura (Steven) Mills, Daniel Duffy & Carol (Robert McCarthy) Tirado; grandchildren, Ryan, Lindsay (Richie), Matthew (Carrie), Jayme, Jennifer, Hunter, Corey & Jeremy; great-grandchildren, Jaelynn & Camden; sister-in-law, Mary Duffy; brother-in-law, Richard Clohessy; several nieces, nephews and cousins; many special friends. William is a Veteran of World War II and served in the U.S. Navy. He is retired from Eastman Kodak Company. Friends may call Thursday, 3-7 P.M. at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated, Friday 10 A.M. at Holy Name of Jesus Church, 15 Saint Martin’s Way. Interment in Grove Place Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation, 1359 Boadway, Suite 1509, New York NY 10018 in his memory.

    I was sorry to hear about Duffy’s passing from my mom and I was heartbroken that I was unable to attend the services. My thoughts and prayers go out to you guys. You and Duffy will always be close to my heart. My dad had great love for you guys and passed it on to me. I hope all is well.

  5. Mrs.Duffy, Dan,Tom,Laura&Carol. Sorry to hear about the passing of Mr.Duffy.He was a kind and caring person.I have alot of fond memories of him back when he was my baseball coach , and neighbor. May God ease the pain during this difficult time . God Bless ,Rick Meldrum
