Walter E. Goulding

Greece: Peacefully Sept. 23, 2011 at age 95. Predeceased by his parents George E. and Florence Goulding; sister, Agnes; son Stephen Goulding. Survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Ardelle (Siard); daughter Laurie (Les) Reynolds; son Carl of Minneapolis, MN; grandchildren, Sarah (Tom) Wideman, Jason Reynolds, Heather (Adam) Hartman and Matthew Goulding; 3 great grandchildren; Katie, his loving dog. Walter worked at Curtiss-Wright during WWII and many years at B&L before retiring. He was an accomplished artist and loved to paint in oil and water colors. He loved people, was active on several committees and was a past president of the Greece Historical Society. Special thanks to Theresa, his caregiver. No prior calling. Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of Walt's life on Wednesday (Sept 28th) at 1:30pm in the chapel of Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. Private Interment will be held at the convenience of the family at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution in Walt's memory to the Alzheimer's Assoc, Lifeline or Greece Historical Society.
