Greece: Saturday, May 29, 2010. Predeceased by her parents, Frank and Ruth Davis; sisters, Ruth Mary Davis, Barbara Davis; brothers, Rev. Francis R. Davis, John E. Davis. She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Richard L. Mahns; loving children, Daniel (Teresa) Mahns of Maine, Kevin G. (Carleen) Mahns, Timothy (Margaret) Mahns, Sheila (Robert) Borelli, Patricia Mahns; sister, Janet T. Davis; 14 grandchildren; 4 step-great-grandchildren; many cousins and dear friends.
Friends may call Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday 11:00 AM at Our Mother of Sorrows Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the School of the Holy Childhood, 100 Groton Parkway, Rochester, NY 14623 in her memory. Dick and Family, Ginny was the nicest person who always made you feel part of the family. She had lots of stories to share with people. We will miss her infectious smile and bubbly personality.

Dick, Patty, Kevin, Danny,Tim, Sheila, and the rest of the family. Ollie Sullivan sent me the obit from the paper. Oh I am so very sorry for your loss. Ginny, Ollie and I go back to Clay Avenue days and I always considered her one of my best friends. I was hoping to see her tin July when I’d be in Holley. I guess it was not meant to be. I will grieve too.Her loss will be felt by many. God bless you all. I know she is now at rest.
