Greece: May 27, 2012 at age 80. Predeceased by his wife, Maureen Meade; brothers, Patrick Meade & Joseph Meade. He is survived by his sons, John (Mary Beth) Meade & Kevin (Ivonne) Meade; grandchildren, Bridget Meade, Kyle Meade & Emilio Oliver; brothers, Mike (Mary) Meade & Martin Meade; sister, Mary (Patrick) O'Brien; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Thomas' family would like to thank Shelly and the wonderful staff at Crimson Ridge Senior Living for their loving care and support.
Friends may call Thursday, May 31st, 4-8 P.M. at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, Greece Chapel, 1075 Long Pond Road. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, June 1st, 12:30 P.M. at St. Mark's Church, 54 Kuhn Road. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery will follow Mass. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of your choice in his memory.
