Survived by his parents, Michael and Patricia; sisters, Kimberly (Joseph) Bushaw; Krista (Scott) Lee; aunt, Sandi Wozniak; nieces and nephews, Sara and Austin; wife, Kristin; his twins, Hayden and Hunter; dear friends. His Funeral Service will be held Saturday (May 12th) 10:00 AM in the All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park.
