Scott M. Desjardins
June 3, 1962 ~ September 2, 2007
Greece: Sunday, September 2, 2007 at age 45. Predeceased by his parents, Joseph & Antoinette Desjardins; brother, Fred Desjardins. He is survived by his loving aunts, Florence DeMario, Rose Marie Piazza, Ann D'Amato & Grace D'Amato' cousins, Edward (Marisa) DeMario, Mark (Lisa) Piazza, Gary Piazza, Jeff Piazza, Michael D'Amato, Louis D'Amato & Donna (Dick) Godfrey; many friends. Scott enjoyed building model cars and was an avid bowler and Buffalo Bills fan. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Dialysis Unit, Hospice Care and Nurses at the 3100 Unit of Unity Hospital for their outstanding care of Scott.
Friends may call Tuesday 4-7 P.M. at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. His Funeral Service will be held, Wednesday 10 A.M. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Those wishing may make contributions to Unity Hospital, Dialysis Unit, 1555 Long Pond Road, Rochester NY 14626 in his memory.

The Conley family send out their sympathy and best wishes to the DesJardins Family. My husband worked with Mrs. Toni at the Plaza apartments in Downtown Rochester. We are so sad to find out about the passing of Scott and sad to find out Ms. Toni also passed away. We had moved out of Town and lost contact with the family. I just found out today in December that they had passed away.
