Ruth E. Quinn

Greece: November 16, 2011 at age 88. Predeceased by her first husband, Albert Thompson; parents, Bernard & Edna O'Rourke; sisters, Mildred & Margaret O'Rourke. She is survived by her husband of 22 years, James Richard 'Dick' Quinn; children, Barbara (Anthony) Lokot, Robert (Gwen) Thompson & John (Karen) Thompson; step-children, Mary Kay (Robert) Paul, Maureen Q. Brown & James (Suzanne) Quinn; grandchildren, Kara Ann (Keith) Avery, Elizabeth, Sarah, Ashley & Jared Thompson; 9 step-grandchildren; 3 step-great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Paul Quinn; several nieces, nephews and cousins; many dear friends. Ruth is a retired Purchasing Agent for Eastman Kodak Co. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother and will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Friends may call Monday, November 21st, 4-8 P.M. at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, Greece Chapel, 1075 Long Pond Road. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated, Tuesday, November 22nd, 9:00 A.M. at Our Mother of Sorrows Church, 5000 Mt. Read Blvd. Interment will follow Mass in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Road, Fairport NY 14450 in her memory.
