Greece: Monday, August 9, 2010. Predeceased by her parents, Cateno and Mary Tumia; brother and sister-in-law, Louis and Alice Tumia. Survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Peter Tkac; loving daughter, Kathleen; brothers, James Tumia, Samuel (Neta) Tumia; sisters, Margaret DiPasquale, Mary Cermola, Angie (Frank) Coleman; several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Wednesday 2-6 PM at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday 10:00 AM at St. Christopher Church, 3350 Union St., North Chili. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Greece Volunteer Ambulance in her memory.

I’m sorry to hear of your lost .. Mrs. Tkac ( Rose) was a wonderful person and I have so many fond memories. My Deepest Sympathy goes out to your entire family. I’m so sorry i couldn’t make it to the calling hours yesterday but work got in the way.
