Robert J. Schuldes
August 15, 2023 at age 85. Went home to be with his parents, Frank and Barbara Schuldes; sisters, Rose Clark, Ruth Heinsler, Edna Dobmeier; brother, William Schuldes. Survived by his loving partner of 62 years, Elaine DeRue; nieces, Joann (Randy) Baxter, Diane Mandaville, Shirley Lavigne; nephew, Tom Clark; many cousins; loving family and dear friends especially, Bill (Janet) Surridge.
Robert was a retiree of Eastman Kodak. He enjoyed his garden and loved growing tomato plants. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Everyone knew him as “Pepper Bob”.
Robert’s celebration of life will be held Saturday, September 23, 2023 10-11 am at Vay-Schleich & Meeson 1075 Long Pond Road Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. When I think of Bob, I always picture him on his boat catching fish, a lot of fish. I have a feeling that is where he was happiest and I’m sure he’s found his way to where the fishing is good. Thoughts and prayers to his friends and family.
