Greece: Sunday, November 9, 2008 at age 90. Predeceased by his wife, Lucille E. Bird. Survived by his sons, Robert K.(Lori) and Gerald R.(Frances)Bird; daughters, Shirley(Thomas)Wilson, Catherine(George)Pawlyk; 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was a veteran of WWII and a retiree of the Eastman Kodak Co. Friends may call Tuesday, 2-4 & 7-9PM at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Rd. His Funeral Service will be held Wednesday at 11:00AM in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment, Riverside Cemetery.
