  5. Rita was a truly special lady! Always with a smile, caring, and involved in community. When the City wanted me to place a six foot fence along mine and her side lot on Whiteford, she said NO, I want to be able to talk with you over the fence and see what’s going on. I can’t do that with a six foot fence. The City pressured, so I told them to directly talk to Rita. Say no more, she got her 3 foot fence! Fond memories only; let’s concentrate on those during this sad time. A life well lived!
