Greece: Friday, October 15, 2010 at age 89. Predeceased by his wife, Helen (Farsace) Galletto; sister, Carmella; brothers, Frank, Louie, Andy and Tony. Survived by his children, Gail Galletto, James Galletto; grandchildren, Lacey Goodwin, Gina Galletto, Angelo DiCiaccio, Anthony Galletto; great-grandchildren, Haley and Brienna Bigelow, Dominic DiCiaccio; sister, Jenny (Donato) Clemente; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Galetto, Sarah Galletto; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Ralph was a retiree of Empire Fence Company after over 40 years. He enjoyed bowling, golfing and traveling to the casino. Friends may call Wednesday 4-8 PM at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday 9:30 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Open Door Mission or Veteran's Outreach Center, Inc., South Avenue in his memory.   1. Gail,I am so sorry for you and your family Ralph was a wonderful person . I have known Ralph for more than 50 years and I know he will be missed very much .may God guide you and your family through this . Don, I would have been there but I now live in virginia and just read his obitz on line

    I know its been a life time and I don’t expect any of you to remember me.
    I am Moe Rhodes niece. Jean was my step aunt. My mom was Shirley Roberts. We lived on Exchange St. then moved to Greece.
    I was reading the Rochester newspaper and saw that obituary.
    I am sorry for your loss I remember your family and all the great days growing up around you and with the kids my age.
    I want to wish you all well and offer my prayers for those that are not missing someone so dear.
    I would stop by but I am no longer living in Rochester.
    All of you take care and thank you for the memories that have lasted a life time.

  3. I remember him mostly at the Fence Company on Buffalo Road. He was always funny around us. He will be missed. God Bless your family during this difficult time.
