Brockport. November 29, 2012, on his 51st birthday. Philip is predeceased by his father, James Yeager. He is survived by his mother, Helen Yeager; siblings, Sue DeCoursey, Cindy (Pat Roth) Gielow & Debbie (Scott Saylor) Richardson; loving aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews, Danielle, Nicole, Matt & Jamie DeCoursey; great-nephews, Jayden & Talan; close friends, Jane Newsome & Stephanie Holohan; staff and friends from Lifetime Assistance.
In his spare time, Philip enjoyed motorcycles, music, football and ice skating. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Philip's visitation will be held Monday, December 3rd, 3-7 P.M. at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, Greece Chapel, 1075 Long Pond Road. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, December 4th, 9:30 A.M. at St. Mark's Church, 54 Kuhn Road. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery will follow Mass. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lifetime Assistance (LifetimeAssistance.org) in his memory.
