Greece: July 3, 2010 at age 81. Pauline is survived by her husband of 62 years, William C. Keyes; children, Cheryl (Kevin) Brinkman, Kip Keyes, Phyllis (Jim) Howell & Greg (Kathy) Keyes; grandchildren, Melissa (Joe), Laura, Sean, Craig, Lindsay (Drew), Shannon, Nigel (Jill), Rachel, Josh, Nikki, Jesse-Ben, Genevieve, Austin, Christina, Barak, James, Caitlin, David, Elizabeth & Meghan; great-grandchildren, Andrew, Noah & Caleb; brother, Wayne (Cora) Sparling; brothers-in-law, Chuck (Lois) Keyes & Dick (Bev) Keyes; sister-in-law, Anne (Don) Olson; nieces, nephews and cousins; many dear friends. Pauline was an extraordinary woman, active in Greece Choral Society, Lakeside Presbyterian Church, Jamestown Lunch Bunch, Quilting Club and the Golf Club at Latta Lea. She is a skilled seamstress and cook. Pauline enjoyed showing her family how to bake delicious cookies and pies, how to dance, play piano and throw a Christmas dinner. Friends may call Wednesday 4-7 P.M. at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, Greece Chapel, 1075 Long Pond Road. Her Memorial Service will be held, Thursday 7 P.M. at Lakeside Presbyterian Church, 75 Stutson Street . Interment in Sunset Hill Cemetery, Jamestown, NY. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lakeside Presbyterian Church or a charity of your choice in her memory.
