Patricia Mary Pear
Greece: Pat was born in the county of Kent, England, on October 31, 1926, and passed away Thursday, April 28, 2022.
She became a war bride to her American GI husband, Walter (Slim), who predeceased her in 2006. Pat proudly obtained her American Citizenship in 1958, but never forgot her England and the family she left behind. Pat and Walt enjoyed many years at their family cottage in the Adirondacks, along with friends in Florida after retirement.
Predeceased by her granddaughter, Erika Pear. Pat is survived by her family and greatest joy, Richard (Diane) Pear, Bonnie (Moe) Doran; grandchildren, Haylee (Peter) Ross, Rory Doran, Jodi Pear; great grandchildren Patrick, Austin, Cameron Ross, Aiden Luna.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday (May 7th) 10:00 AM at St. Anne Church, 1600 Mt. Hope Avenue, Rochester, NY, 14620. Private interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Veterans Outreach Center, 447 South Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620 in her memory, and until we meet again, toodle-oo.
