Patricia is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, William Zimmer; children, William (Ann), Brian (Margaret), Brett (Kelly) Zimmer; grandchildren, William, Meghan, Victoria (Matthew), Allison (James), Morgan, Sara (Thai); loving family and dear friends. She is predeceased by her father and mother, Norman and Julia DeLorme; sister, Corrine Chizuk.

I was very saddened to hear of Pat’s death. Although we haven’t seen each other in many years Bill, the memories I have of you and Pat, Auburn Ave. , our families etc. , always have, and always will, reside in a VERY SPECIAL place in my heart. Dear Bill and family. I am so sorry for your loss.Pat was a very special lady and will be missed by so many. I was lucky to have her as a friend and I think of her often.She will always be in my thoughts and prayers.
