Greece: Tuesday February 17, 2009. Predeceased by her husband, Norman Gowdy. Survived by her daughter, Joan G. Fleming; her grandsons, Todd (Dianna) & Stephen Fleming; her great grandchildren, Hannah Kaye and Tyler James Fleming; her sister-in-law, Mary Fosco; several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Thursday 3-5 at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday at 9:30 at St. John the Evangelist Church (Ridge Rd. W.) Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, friends wishing may make contributions to St.John the Evangelist Church, 2400 W. Ridge Rd., Rochester NY 14626 in her memory.
