83. Predeceased by her husband Ernest W. and her brother Harry D. Blacken. Cherished aunt of Donna Walsh, Peggy (Walter) Chambry and David (Joyce) Blacken, grand nieces and grand nephews, Krista and Kevin Chambry, Christopher Blacken, Cory Walsh; great grand niece, Hailey Blacken; many dear friends and neighbors.
Private interment Irondequoit Cemetery. Friends wishing may make contributions to Durand United Church of Christ or to the Alzheimer's Association in Mildred's memory.
Thank you to the staff at Latta Road Nursing Home who took care of Millie with loving hands.

Millie and met when we both worked at B&L,and were best friends for all these many years. Ernie & Verne were inseperable, and Millie was so touched when Verne cried when his dear friend passed. We had so many good times together, and so many of them at their cottage. Then , as ‘snowbirds’ we shared our winters in Florida. And now , dear friend it’s a time of parting. So day we’ll see each other again and joy will light up our meeting. Verne ^ Doris

Our dear Aunt Moo as we called her as children and still when we became adults,left us early on Monday morning. The things that she enjoyed most in her life was our Uncle Ernie, also known as Doc to his friends and Dolly to Aunt Mil. We would spend time in the 1000 Islands during the summer at the cottage that Uncle Ernie and his friend Vern finished from a shell. The cottage is basically the same except for now running water and a bathroom that replaced the ‘outhouse’. A treasure that our Aunt Mil and Uncle Ernie loved, just as our children and we do. No one can ever replace our Auntie Moo! She is forever in our hearts.
