Hilton: Sunday, June 5, 2011. Predeceased by her mother, Beatrice; brother, Collin Lovell. She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Stanley Gibbs; her sons, Steve Gibbs, Ryan (Kimberly) Gibbs; sister-in-law, Margaret Lovell and dear friends. Maureen was a devoted wife, mother and friend. 'Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take; But by the moments that take our breath away.'
Friends may call Wednesday 5-8 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 38 East Ave, Hilton Chapel. Her prayer service will follow calling Wednesday at 8:00 PM in the funeral home. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Visiting Nurse Service Hospice in her memory.
