Greece: Monday, October 18, 2010. Predeceased by her mother, Mariam A. Neill; brother, Martin W. Neill; husband, Harley Foss. Survived by her sons, Michael (Diane) Foss, David (Ginny) Foss; daughters, Linda (Tom) Patane, Robin (Pat) Clark; sister, Zillah Ostrander; brother, Roland Neill, Jr.; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; dear friends. Mary was a lifelong member of Wesley United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Eastern Star.
Friends may call Thursday 4-8 PM at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. Her Funeral Service will be held Friday 11:00 AM at Wesley United Methodist Church. Interment, White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her memory.

I will always remember Mary as a cheerful individual who always made you feel comfortable & at ease. I live in Colorado, but the family put on a wedding reception for us in Rochester. I was in the receiving line and my mom stepped away to chat up some people. Mary, stepped up in place of my mom, greeting everyone, telling stories and making my new husband feel like he had always been a part of the family. I never thanked her for that.
She will be missed. May her spirit soar high and free.
