  1. Wendy, This is Bonnie Matthaidess and know you and Mary through Cheryl and our connection at RGH many years ago now. I read Mary’s obituary and want to send my prayers to you and your family. Peace, sweet peace. Bonnie Matthaidess

  2. Wendy, I would love to be with you and your family tomorrow, but will be with you in thoughts and prayers. Mary was my oldest friend as we grew up together, as did our families since the early 1900s. We went to church camp together, had family reunions at our home on Keuka Lake, and our homes were always open to each other’s families. And now, our friendship continues through our daughters who are friends.

  3. Norman and family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We have missed seeing your mom at RPO concerts in recent years.
    John and Miriam Ganze

  4. Dear Wendy, Scott and the entire family,
I have loved you all since I first met each one of you as I was a seminarian in the fall of 1979. When I would return to visit the church, to preach, or to officiate at a wedding, there Mary and Wendy would be with an ever-welcoming smile, and I would know I was home again. I, myself, have been disabled for 29 years, and so I could not return to see you.
Mary was such a deeply spiritual and loving person. Please know you are all in my prayers. I know I will see Mary’s smile again in the peaceful kingdom, surrounded by the embrace of God.
I love you all. I would be glad to visit, if you would like me to.
    (Rev.) Mary Lou Worster Anderson

  5. Sending lots of love to Wendy, Jocelyn, Craig, Scott, Norman and your families. I have known Mary (Mrs. Discher) my whole life. She was a special lady and a very dear friend to my family. Wish I could be at her service tomorrow. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Lindsey Ward Spencer

  6. With all our Love and Prayers from your fellow Shipmates @ Bethany.
A Memorial Gift has been made to the Bethany Music Program in Mary’s name.
Peace be with you and your Family always …
