  1. Dear Aunt Martha how blessed my family was to have you such a part of our lives over the years. You and Gram were the sisters to each other either of you ever had, both having only brothers. What a treasure of lessons and memories of kindness, love, family, morals, respect, tradition, and wisdom you and your generation left for all of us to pass on to our own. I’m saddened by your passing and that you are no longer here with us, all of your generation reunited in God’s kingdom. I know you are at peace you are with Uncle Nick and all those who have gone before you, especially the remaining ‘Golden Girls’ Gram, Gloria, and Aunt Jo.

I’m so thankful I was able to speak to you over the holidays. As always, you spoke of Gram and how you missed her and wished you could pick up the phone and call her. I know she was there to greet you, together with many others, with big smiles, perhaps tears of joy, arms extended open wide, exclaiming, Martha, Martha!
My unending admiration, love, and respect my sweet Aunt. I will remember you always.
    Steven

Nick, Sam and families, to you my deepest sympathy. I’m unable to make the trip, however, my thoughts are with you. May the memories of her motherly love, the support of family and friends, sustain you at this difficult time. God Bless all of you.

  2. Mrs. Zona,
You were such a lifelong wonderful person to me, our family and Mother. You will be missed. I will pray for those you left behind as I know you are already where we all hope to be someday. May God Bless You/Yours.
