Marion McCrone

Sunday, May 7, 2023, at age 96 went home to be with the Lord and her husband of 64 years, John J.McCrone. She is survived by her son, Dennis (Christina) McCrone; daughter, Kathleen (Gary) Pudup; grandchildren, Kelly (Donny DeHollender) McCrone, Colleen (Tommy) Pirog, Lindsay (Jon) Schwind and
John McCrone; great-grandchildren, Liam DeHollender, Chase Pirog, Emerson DeHollender, Cole Pirog,Carolina Pirog and Winnie Schwind; loving family and dear friends.

Marion was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She devoted her time for years volunteering at Our Lady of Mercy and St. Charles Borromeo Church. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening, spending time outdoors and took pride in her home. Her family was most important to her, and she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

The family would like to give a special Thank you to all the staff at Hildebrandt Hospice Care for the exceptional care given to Marion.

Marion’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, May 31, 2023 10:00 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Heldebrandt Hospice 2652 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626 in her memory.
