Tuesday, January 13, 2009. Predeceased by her husband John O'Boyle Carroll. She is survived by sons, Michael (Christy) of Colorado Springs, CO., Thomas (Jean) of Rochester, NY; grandchildren, Sean (Chris), Stephanie, Erin, Brian (Michelle), and Denise (Mike) Ralph; great-granddaughters Haley, Katelyn, Abby, and Courtney, sister Rose Supple of Palmyra, NY, and brother Jack (Beverly) Liddy of Elmira, NY. She was predeceased by her brother, Leo Liddy of Closter NJ. Funeral mass and burial will be at the convenience of the family in Elmira, NY. In Lieu of flowers, friends may make contributions to Sisters Care, 16 Lake View Park, Rochester, NY 14613 or St.Mark's Church, 54 Kuhn Road, Rochester, NY 14612 in her memory.

  1. Aunt Sis was a wonderful person who I always had much respect. She always wanted to know how things were going and how I was doing. When I was young your Mom and Dad were always very supportive to all of us. Aunt Sis always called Mom and Dad evey week to keep in touch. She will be missed by all of us.
    She always called me Susan.

  2. Dear Carroll Familly, Liddy Family, Grandma Supple, Uncle Jack- the M.Boesel family has you and your individual family’s in our prayers as well. We all know Aunt Sis is finally reunited with John and in a much better place. We will never forget her. See you all soon in Elmira. Mike, Kathy, Angie, Bailey, Seth & Thomas.

    I have so many wonderful memories of Aunt Sis, my godmother. She was truly a gift to all of us and will be missed. I am sure, however, that she is at peace, enjoying the company of Uncle John, in the presence of God.
