Greece: Thursday, September 23, 2010 at age 88 after a brief illness. Predeceased by her parents and sisters, Lena, Terry and Carm. Survived by her loving children, Ann Polisseni, Carol (Joe) Weiser, Russ Sciolino and Lisa Guglielmo; cherished grandchildren, Andrea, Lori (Bob), Kim (Rob), Ryan (Erica), Kristen (Jason), Jessica, Megan (James), Jenny, Emily, Amanda, Melissa (Johnny), Sara (Joe); great-grandchildren, Payton, Robert, Bronwyn, Raina, Kira, Ethan, Ella; many dear nieces, nephews and friends. Lucy touched the lives of everyone who knew her and she will be forever missed for her warmth, compassion and love of life. Everyone enjoyed her Italian cooking and she was an excellent seamstress, to know her was to love her. Friends may call Sunday 2-6 PM at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday 9:30 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, Ridge Rd. Interment, Falls Cemetery.
