Lorraine Marie (Graupman) Resch went home to her heavenly Father on Friday, December 9th, at age 98. She was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Edwin J. Resch, her parents, and three siblings. She is survived by her children Richard (Barbara) Resch, Marlene (David) Jackson, and Laurie (Michael) Kinsella; nine grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren; sister, Lois Gibbons; sisters-in-law Ellie Graupman, Madeline Resch, Thelma Neary-Lochner, and Carol Gurgel; many nieces and nephews. Lorraine was a homemaker who brought up her family in a loving Christian home and lived a life of service to others and her Lord. She was a longtime member of Hope Lutheran Church.

Since she was one of my first Sunday School teachers, she was always “Mrs. Resch” to me. A classy, beautiful woman of God.
