  7. Hey Matt, just wanted to let you know that I am thinking about you now. I know there are no words that will express how much I care, so just know that you have my deepest sympathy. Your father must have been a great man to have a son like you who cares so much about people. Take care of yourself and your family. -Josh

  8. I am so sorry for your loss. Matt has always spoken highly of his entire family so I know this has to be extremely hard for all of you. Please try to take comfort knowing he is in a better place. It has always helped me with the loss of those I love. I spent a lot of time gardening with my grandmother and I always think of her when I am in my garden and feel as though she is there with me.

  9. I am sorry about your loss, and I have your family in my thoughts and prayers. Matt if there’s anything I can do PLEASE don’t hestitate to give me a call. Again, sorry and your in my prayers.

  10. lloyd–you were our favorite customer–always in a hurry–John,shoot this right away,I’m in a hurry–don’t opaque it and I will take it wet–they will never beat us== sabres stink. you made our day–your team would win, no matter what. trade your skates for a pair of wings and I will see you in the future.–Donnelly offset {John}

  11. Matt – What a great picture of your father. It is obvious he was a man full of life. You have the same eyes – must have been a man who could have vigorous conversations. Losing your father is tough, but how lucky to have shared those wonderful years. My prayers are with you and your family. Peace be with you, Jeanne C.

  12. Matt ~~ I have so much enjoyed our talks that include stories about this man. I hope there will be lots more. Take care and we’ll be thinking of you. C*

  13. Matt and family –

    My thoughts and prayers have been with you and will continue to be as you go through these difficult days.

    God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.-Psalm 46:1

  14. Matt and family,
    I was so sorry to hear about the passing of your dad. During these times it is good to know that God is near, and that your dad is with Him now in perfect peace. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Lou

  15. Matt and Sara,
    I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I kind of know what you are going through beings I just lost my dad this summer too. I keep thinking that they are up there enjoying each others company now. We are praying for you.

  16. Matt,
    So sorry to hear of your dad’s passing. I lost my dad 12 years ago and know the hole it leaves in one’s heart. Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Luann

  17. My mother called me this morning and told me that Mr. Payment had passed away. I’m sincerely and deeply saddened by his passing and for your loss. Your father, husband and grandfather was a special influence on me (as was the Payment family as a whole) and someone I’ve remembered fondly and frequently over the past twenty years. To this day, I can still hear his laugh’¦ And, without hockey, without the passion for the game that your dad instilled in you and in me, without the work ethic and traditional northerner’s common sense that I learned from your dad, I’m confident that I wouldn’t have become the person I am nor would I have enjoyed the joy and successes that I’ve experienced in the years since we left high school. He was an inspiring man and a role model. My thoughts are will you all.

  18. What a great picture of your dad Matt. I’m sure he will be greatly missed by you and your entire family. It is so good that you got to spend the last few days with him – I too had that blessing when my dad died. My prayers and thoughts are with you at this time. I’m sure you are treasuring those golf days with him – he will continue to be with you on every course in the future.

  19. Your dad had quite a smile. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. God Bless you all with the strength and comfort needed throughout this year.
