Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. My dear Aunt Lilly will be greatly missed. I’ll always remember her being a bundle of energy, trying to be in two places at one time, being a loving mother, kind-hearted and funny, laughing and smiling all the time. She loved pulling some kind of funny prank on someone to get everyone laughing including herself. She loved having a house full of family and friends for some celebration with the record player blaring music, pots cooking a big Italian meal on the stove, a gaggle of nieces, nephews and her kids running and playing throughout the house until the wee hours of the morning. She loved decorating her front yard garden with her colorful plastic flowers that never faded or drooped from the sun. Often when her mind would race faster than her mouth could keep up, she’d accidently mix up her children’s names combining two children’s names to make one incorrect name such as “Fraline” for Frances and Celine, “Marisa” for Maria and Theresa – we all thought that was a real trade mark of Aunt Lilly! She was a deeply devoted religious person who prayed habitually everyday. I’m so fortunate to have had such a loving and wonderful person in my life and I will miss her vitality for life, her beautiful smiling face and her laugh very much. I look forward to the time when I will see her again. Much Love, Cea
