Beautiful Libby, one of only two persons who ever invited me to their home in my hardest of times. Rest well.

My deepest sympathies to Libby’s family. I remember Libby as a beautiful person, inside and out. She always had a smile on her beautiful face. A few yrs back, I heard a voice say, ‘Are you one of the Welch girls?’ It was Joe and Libby, dressed to the nines as usual and gracious and kind as ever. I was sad to hear how her last yrs were spent. Dear Lady. I will remember both of them with fond memories. Sincerely, Lindy Kruze

Sharon, Rob & Family-We were all so sad to hear that Aunt Libby had passed away. She was always such a wonderful example for all of us in her faithfulness to her family and the congregation. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this difficult time. Won’t it be wonderful to see her in perfect health reunited with Uncle Joe? We can hardly wait. Her battle has been won and we need to keep fighting until this system is over. so we can share eternity with them. Even though we can’t be there in person we are there in spirit. Take good care of yourselves. All of our love and prayers, Wendy, Jeff, Jessica Chris(Jess’s fiance)
