Leonard G. Cordaro Sr.

Greece: Saturday, August 23, 2014 at age 95. Predeceased by his wife, Carmella Cordaro. Beloved father of, Louis (Grace Tooley) Cordaro, Nancy (John) Frey, Leonard Cordaro, Jr., Jenny Lynn Cordaro (Gail Mosher); 6 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; great-great-grandson; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. The family wishes to thank the veterans for the great care they have given to Leonard, especially, Pat his nurse and Carol his caregiver. He was a proud Army veteran of World War II and will be missed very much. Friends may call Tuesday (Aug 26th) 4-7 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home 1075 Long Pond Road. His Funeral Service will be held Wednesday 10:00 AM in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Veteran's Outreach Center or the Multiple Sclerosis Society in his memory.
