He is survived by his sisters, Rita Befort and Dorit (Werner) Schendzielorz; nieces and nephews, Vera (Craig) Schneider, Ralph (Kathy) Befort, Gerald (Lesley) Befort, Beatrix Befort, Ronald Schendzielorz; grand nieces and grand nephews, Kerrin Schneider, Kristin Schneider, Tylere Befort, Parker Befort, Jan Michael Wristen, Jack Befort, Sam Befort. No prior calling hours. His Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Midland, Ontario, Canada. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Association in his memory.

  2. I am Uncle Klaus’s neice on the McCrea side of the family. My mother, Dorothy Drumm, was Harriette McCrea’s sister. I have such fond memories of Uncle Klaus. He was so kind, funny, intelligent. He will be greatly missed. My husband Jim and I would like to send our deepest sympathy to his family and friends. Rest in peace Uncle Klaus. We loved you!

  3. I went and saw him just recently.. It seems like only yesterday . The first day at Kronenbergers he took me under his wing ,like steve said , helping you in any way he could. I am going to miss him, his witt, help , stories . God if you need anything done with perfection get ahold of this guy and tell him I sent you. My most condolensaces to family friends and relitives, at which I met some, My prayers are there. Bless you

  4. I worked with Klaus for many years. He was a good friend and kind to everyone he knew. He was my partner playing Dominoes every day at lunch and those times will always be great memories for me. He will be missed. My condolences to the family.
