  1. Aunt Kath (PIC),
My Aunt and my best friend. You have taught me so much in my 28 years. I will hold your laugh and your beautiful smile in my heart forever. I will see you again. You have not left us, you just went away for a little while. I can only pray that I can be half the woman that you were. Your courage and dignity will always be an inspiration. I will never forget you. You are my angel and I know you are looking over me. Until I see you again… I love you. Love, PIC Jr.

  2. Carol, Jay and family:
I was very saddened to read of Kathy’s passing. I worked at Driving Park Wegman’s with Kathy, Carol and Jay back in the mid 70s when we were in high school. Years later I would periodically run into Kathy in the Kodak halls. I fondly remember how sweet she was and always stopped to say hello. We would chat about each other’s sons, family, Jay and Carol. Please accept my heartfelt condolences for your loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

  3. Dear Jay, Mary Ann, and Carol,

I was so sorry to hear of Kathy’s passing. I am feeling very sad at this moment, a different kind of sadness than I have experienced before because of our past time together. She was so young and it is such a shame she had to suffer with such a disease. My sympathies to all of you at her loss and what must have been difficult times during her illness. She was a wonderful person and I remember her fondly. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Please pass along my condolences to other family members.

  4. Hello Wayne ,
I just wanted to say hello and I’m sorry for your loss. I really wish I could be there to be with you, Doug and the family but duty calls. I didn’t know Kathy for a long time but in the short time I did she really made a big impact on me, She was super strong. Kathy treated my kids and I like we were part of your family from day one and that truley won me over, as well as the boys.
It’s been a Crazy couple of months for you my friend but its almost over. I hope you can get out and travel a bit, maybe even come stay with us for a couple of days. We will always have room for my big bro!
I will be thinking and praying for you my friend. If you need anything please don’t hesitate to ask. You are a true warrior and I can only wish to be as tough as you one day!
Think happy thoughts cause she loves you and so do we!!
Love always, Shawn, Chris and Zach

  16. Jay, Mary Ann, Carol, and family I want to express my sadness to hear of Kathy’s
illness and death. My mom and dad wanted to tell you also how sorry they are. We had no idea of her illness. I haven’t seen Kathy in many years but I remember her just like everyone else has described her. She was always smiling and had such a sweet personality.
I wish I had known she was involved in the theater because I would have loved to have seen her in some plays. We didn’t see the notice in the paper and on Sunday my cousin Pat Villareale called and told me she saw it. We will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers. 18. Kathy was a dear friend to many – and she leaves us with wonderful memories of our younger years! I was fortunate to share such stories with her, not long ago, and we were suddenly back in grade school and high school. Many were fortunate to be touched by her warmth, her grace, her kind spirit, her laughter, her love for life and the list goes on. As we see the sun and rainbows – we will think of how she brightened our lives. She continues to be with us – in our hearts.
My sincere sympathy to the entire family.

    Friends Are Angels

    Our friends are like angels
    Who brighten our days
    In all kinds of wonderful,
    Magical ways.

    Their thoughtfulness comes
    As a gift from above,
    And we feel we’re surrounded
    By warm, caring love.

    Like upside-down rainbows,
    Their smiles bring the sun,
    And they fill ho-hum moments
    With laughter and fun.

    Friends are like angels
    Without any wings,
    Blessing our lives
    With the most precious things.

  38. With Sympathy in your Loss

    Life is Journey

Life is Journey of sweetness and sorrow
    Of yesterday’s memories
    And hopes for tomorrow,
    Of pathways we choose
    And detours we face
    With patient and humor,
    Courage and grace,
    Of joys that we’ve shared
    And of people we’ve met
Who have touched us in ways
    We will never forget.
    Although no words of sympathy
Can ease the loss you bear,
Still, may find some comfort knowing
    Others truly care.

Kodak’s Research Labs was a true Family and Kathy was a great part of it.

    WE will miss her.

  39. You have our deepest sympathy during this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
