Rochester: Peacefully, Friday, May 16, 2014. Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother. Predeceased by her husband, Leonard Chmiel. Survived by her children, Leonard Chmiel, Linda (Peter) Mantrow, Karen Andersen, Pamela (Greg) Ambrose, David Chmiel; 9 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; nephew, Ralph Lind; many friends and relatives. Special thanks to the Hill Haven Nursing Home staff and Lifetime Care Hospice for the loving care given to Kathryn.
