  3. These last days, I have been fondly remembering countless nights at Kathy & Ed’s kitchen table in Greece where they regaled me with tales from their childhood. I can hear Aunt Kathy’s giggle in my head. I know she is smiling now, just like always. And I will forever miss Thanksgiving at her house – she made the best turkey! I am happy to always have her here with us at Christmas, when I put up the dolls and decorations she and Ed made for me.
