Juliette was a graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School and a long time employee of the County of Monroe. She is predeceased by her parents Robert and Frances Barned, older sister Mabel Perkins and brother Robert Barned. She is survived by sisters Diane (James) Whitcomb and Karen (St John) Barned-Smith; brothers Richard (Sharon), Roger Barned and several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
