Greece: Went home to be with his Lord and savior on July 9, 2021 at the age of 80. Predeceased by his wife Ellie. He is survived by his children, Terry (Mark) Saulsgiver, Tracy Clements, Toby (Timothy) Lynch, Paul (Gena) Dioguardi, Matt (Kelly) Dioguardi, Timothy (Courtney) Dioguardi and Elizabeth Dioguardi; 20 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; sister, Rose Ann (David) Houppert; brother and sister-in-laws; Bob (Jane) Riggs, Barb (Jim) Bringley Steve (Terri) Riggs and Betsey Strong; several nieces and nephews; cousins; many dear friends.
Joseph’s memorial service will be held Monday, August 2, 10:00 AM at First Bible Baptist Church, 990 Manitou Road. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester, 1048 University Avenue Rochester, NY 14607 (bccr.org) in his memory.

You were a super husband to my sister Ellie, a strong, loving and fair father to your children and other young people including myself when I was growing up.
I miss you so much but I’m also glad you are now reunited with Ellie and most of all with our Lord and savior Jesus Christ!
