  1. Dear Sue & all the family members of John, Our hearts ache knowing John has left this earth & we will see him no more… well, hopefully in Heaven where he will be doing something in finances & playing drum set in a band!! Our friendship spans many years & many good times together – both in Rochester, Florida, SC & vacation places in between. He will never fade from our memories or our hearts. We send our prayers & sympathies to you & offer our hands in friendship & support. May God Bless you & may we all strive to keep his legacy of music, service, family & “communication” alive. Love, Dick & JoAnn Merlau

  5. Our condolences and prayers to your family. It’s such a horrible loss. May God keep you close and comfort you in this time of loss.

  6. I remember John with fondness as we bantered about school issues when he was on the School Board. love goes out to Sue, Jeff and Julie and to Kim and their grandson.

  7. Dear Sue, Kim, Cam, Jeff, Julie, Mason and Peyton,

Our prayers continue to be with you. A donation has been sent to Operation Freedom Ride in memory of John.
Most difficult news for us to hear was of John’s passing. We thank you for always staying in touch with us in good times and in bad. We thank God that we were able to be a part of John’s service. May all the good memories made through the years continue to be a source of comfort for all of you.

Love and prayers, Karl and Dianne Gilman
