Spencerport, NY: Saturday, October 7, 2023 at age 91
Jack was a veteran of the United States Air Force and the Korean War.
Jack enjoyed a very long and successful career in the automobile business at dealerships across the Rochester area. Jack was great with people, was known for his integrity and honesty, and was always ready with a joke or two to share. He was an avid golfer who grudgingly acknowledged that his skills did not quite match his enthusiasm. In his later years, Jack delighted in driving his personal golf cart with a manhattan in hand to play a couple holes in the evening at Salmon Creek with his wife, Betty. He loved spending time with his wonderfully large family.
Predeceased by his first wife, Joan Winton Brady; his daughters, Susan Yapjoco and Sharlene Schultz; his father, Frank Brady; his mother, Olive Brady; his brother, Francis Brady; his sister, Lee Poodry.
Survived by his wife, Elizabeth “Betty” Lincoln Brady of 31 years; his children, Stephen (Helena) Brady, Shannon (Tom) Bernard, Stephanie (Greg) Watts, and Sean Brady; Betty’s children, Diane (Mike) Stahl, Ken Stahl, Kathy (Frank) Herman, Dan Stahl, Greg (Jodie) Stahl; grandchildren, Rachael, Chad, Bridget, Jason, Shane, Brittany, Courtney, Brady, Shana, Caitlin, Spencer and Hailey; as well as Betty’s 10 grandchildren and a combined 20 great-grandchildren.

Grandpa, you will be missed beyond words. Thank you for always treating me as one of your own grandkids. Your love & kindness will always be in my memories. Rest easy, Grandpa. Much love always, Kristen
I was so honored to have Jack as my brother in-law. He was always a joy to be with. He took such good care of my sister. Will miss him greatly.
Jack was an “original”…always ready to share a smile, a joke, a Manhattan or a game of Euchre…#17 at Salmon Creek GC won’t be the same. My sincere condolences to the entire Brady family.
Those jokes!!! He never ran out of them. He laughed the hardest. Every Monday morning meeting… I’ll miss you Jack…
I worked with Jack @ Piehler Pontiac in 1983 and then again @ Bob Johnson’s on Stone Road in 1988. A dictionary definition of a gentleman. When I had to wear a tie for work, he stopped me and said “ that’s not you tie your tie .” He then took time to show me how to tie a “ Jack Brady perfect tie.” To this day I always think of him when I wear a tie, and tie that perfect tie. Thank you .
To all of Jack’s family we send our deepest condolences. May happy memories soften your sorrow.
My sincere sympathy to Betty and all the family. You have great memories to hold on to.
The Veterans Outreach Center extends our deepest sympathy in John’s passing.
We acknowledge and are truly grateful for his service to our country.
