John F. Helm
May 20, 1921 ~ June 29, 2011
Greece: Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at age 90. Predeceased by his wife, Dorothy E. Helm. Survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Ellen and Calvin Viele; his son and daughter-in-law, John Perry and Susan Helm; his grandchildren, Vanessa and Justine Viele, Jeremiah and Katie Helm; several nieces and nephews. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII and a retiree of the Eastman Kodak Company. The family wants to thank the staff at Unity Hospital and Dr. Herbowy for the wonderful care given to John.
Friends may call at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, Saturday from 9-11 followed by his Funeral Service at 11 o'clock in the funeral home chapel. Interment, White Haven Memorial Park. In Lieu of flowers, friends wishing may make contributions to the Unity Foundation, 1555 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14626 in his memory.
