John E. Wickens

GENESEO: Formerly of Rochester, NY. Friday, May 18, 2007 at age 90. Predeceased by his sister, Arline St. James. Survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Ruth A. Wickens; sister, Dolores Sweeting, of Fl.; special niece, Dolores O'Connor; special nephew, Daniel St. James; many other nieces, nephews and cousins. John was an electrical engineer, employed by WHAM and retired from SUNY Geneseo. He also enjoyed woodworking, flying his plane and was a ham radio operator. No prior calling hours. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday 10:00 AM at St. Margaret Mary Church. Interment, Grove Place Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY 14620 in his memory
