Survived by his daughter, Diane Kacprzak; grandchildren, Terri (Rich) Rathbun and Greg (Michelle) Kacprzak; great- grandchildren, Shelby, Emily and Matthew; brother, Kenneth (Barbara) Chauncey; sister, Virginia Johnson; sister-in-law, Betty Chauncey; many nieces, nephews and cousins; many dear friends.
